General and Booking Terms for Apartment Rental

 1. Reservation and Payment

A reservation becomes final upon receipt of payment of the full invoice amount. The payment deadline is up to 48 hours after confirmation of the reservation.

 2. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is fully refunded, minus the reservation fees. Up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the amount, minus the reservation fees, is refunded. After that, no refund is possible.

 3. Security Deposit

No security deposit is taken. Damage or missing items will be charged to the tenant.

 4. Arrival and Departure

Check-in is possible from 15:00; luggage can be dropped off earlier, and check-out must be completed before 11:00 on the departure day.
